Creamy Keto Shakes

Look at these luscious green ingredients! Talk about green, with fiber! Creamy shakes or smoothies come from one of nature’s best foods: avocados. You can’t taste it OR the spinach, when blended with full-fat cream, stevia, salt, vanilla and ice chips. Or you can use berries. Or cocoa. Or coconut milk. Or cinnamon. What’s your pleasure?

1 cup crushed ice – 1/2 cup water – 1/4 cup full fat whipping cream – 1 tablespoon stevia – 1/4 avocado – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla – pinch mineral salt

Squeamish about the avocado? Start with cocoa or low-carb fruit you DO like!

You will need a good blender, because of the ice and especially if you are sensitive to texture. My ninja annihilates the spinach so there’s no grit. It comes with that single serving cup you see that has a lid to attach to blender, as well as the full size container for multiple servings. Experiment with varying amounts of the ingredients as you ease into a keto way of eating. Create and explore flavors.

Free yourself from sugar addiction by eating full fat, healthy oils like coconut oil, avocado oil (or the whole avocado), olive oil, ghee, grass-fed butter. Avoid processed foods that have removed the fat and replaced it with sugar. Eating fat does not make you fat. Eating sugar does. Research. Reclaim your life. Don’t fall for products that claim to be solutions. You can do this!
